As an long time elder and COBE, (ex of course now pomo) I strongly recommend resigning on your terms. Staying pimo will eat you up especially as an elder. This can be an excuse, pressure from all of this being mishandled. Then use the extra time to spend with your wife and family. At first it can be tough, but then comes the awesome freedom of not having to be "an example" doing things on your terms. Anyway my 2 cents.

Absolutely worth seeing - Kevin from Dubtown tells about himself
by fastJehu inhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhd-xbj9yoq.
@ kevini love your dubtown videos.
but this video - where you tell something about yourself - is the most valuable of all previous videos.

Vidiot, totally agree, I believe in the death by a thousand cuts way of reducing WT power. Like you said, every post, every seed of doubt planted, every utube video, every lawsuit, every time we even tell non witnesses the dangers of the cult, we make an impact. I really believe the tide is turning on the org. We will start to see numbers decline in a meaningful way in the years to come

What to do when you're PIMO and dont want to date a jw?
by nowawake14 inwhat are your thoughts on that?.

I was PIMO who dated and married a POMO. Then I became POMO myself. Its great! We understand each other have same escaped the cult mentality. Beining PIMO and getting involved with an in the box JW is setting yourself up for a load of trouble . There is growing exjw community, that is a great place to find new friend's and maybe even a romance, there is something to be said for having a shared background, failing that, stick to non jws, JW love has strings and is conditional , just my thoughts.

The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers.”
